Payment

All payments are processed by Nochex and your transactions will appear on your bank or card statements as "Nochex" and not Blissful Beads.

All prices include VAT at 20%.

Postage

The preferred choice is royal mail however large orders will be sent by courier which will be advised by email.  Goods will be dispatched within one business day using first class or special delivery.

Returns and refunds

Our aim at Blissful Beads is to provide 100% satisfaction, however we are happy to accept the return of any item provided it is within 7 days.  Refunds can only be credited to the card originally debited.  Good will only be refunded if they are returned unused and in a resalable condition.

Please note refunds are processed on the day of receiving and checking of the goods
